I can’t stand the heat. Night time is the worst and I don’t sleep well when it’s getting too warm out.
Does anybody have a cooling mattress system or pillow that they use and would recommend? My side of the bed is next to the wall and I feel like it traps heat.
We do have window AC units but it just isn’t enough.

If you have any kind of foam mattress or topper it'll be hot...."cooling" sheets etc doesn't work. My wife has MS and any heat bothers her, with a ceiling fan, open windows, or AC she suffers....never sleeps under covers or even a sheet...we have tried different methods but none seem to help....Don't know what to tell you....

When I was a kid if I fell asleep on the floor at my grandmas house Id wake up to a stool in the room with a sheet draped over it and a recliner or something... a built wall... to keep a draft off of me while I slept. That was some old timer thing I guess I thought that everyone experienced.
