Beef from the in-laws we purchased last fall. Beef skirt steak, red,green, and orange bell peppers, onion, jalapeņo and garlic. Grilling them up shortly and washing down with some Canadian Hunter on ice.

Sam, 1 cup of mayo,1 tbsp of lemon juice, 1 tsp of Dijon mustard, salt and pepper to taste. You can add shallots or chives if you like.

I make a similar tartar sauce. Only I add Worcestershire sauce to taste and cayenne pepper to taste.

We po foke went to a little mom and pops diner outside of Tightwad, Mo..
They were out of chicken to fry, so I had a burger and my wife had chicken tenders.

The wife and I went out to a local diner for dinner this evening. I had black diamond steak with shrimp patties and sweet potato fries. She had a roast beef sandwich and fries.
