Bigger problem I think the Alcatraz is the metal was a bit thinner than it should of been. Sometimes the door didn't close all the way to catch the raccoon. If you'd look at the trap you'd see that the opening was a bit caved in. That cave it caused the doors to not close completely. Backing off the pressure on the nuts on the side of the traps at the front let the door close fully.

I never had any problems when I ran Alcatraz dps. They stacked real nice in milk crates too.
