Where can I find individual bobcat lots for the emerge sale? Want to compare to this current sale.

If your cats graded in Northern section for this sale you will not find that in the March sale. No MN cats made it to the March sale.

This was a AZ cat that graded Northern.

I think the grades are affected by where the shipment comes from, not just the quality of the fur.

I looked back at June and March to compare some of my cat lots for this sale. T’warnt any! Western hvy red B-C belly. Last June half my cats graded “Blue”. This time almost half graded “Red”. Looked about the same to my amateur eyes. Caught in the same places too.

I just spoke with a cat grader . He said that specific cat was slightly heavier than your standard Arizona cat also was a small one so it was upgraded to a grade that would get the most return. Which ended up being a northern heavy silver. That’s how he explained it to me and it made sense to my small mind. In the long run, everyone wants to get a better return, including them.
