I don't know how to replace the actual post because of the concrete around it and I'm assuming it's encased in concrete.

I'd stall it , on both sides with good posts. If wanting to keep rustic look, cover all 3 with 12" barn wood.
Let me sugar coat this

Masons revenge. I asked this same ?? 40+ years ago. The collective answer, Not My Problem.
Please keep us "posted".
Mamy of these had zero roof water drainage, bad juju.
And there was .2 vs .4 retention TRT for the real money savers.

If I would have constructed that building, two runs of re rod would be drilled through each post making iT interesting to remove. And yours is the reason I don't put post in the ground on anything I want to last.

Dig it out, cut it off where good and pour a cement post up to the good wood. They have cardboard tubes to use for forms to make it easy.

How is the rest of the wood?, can you sister a new post, dug in outside of the bad one and lag or bolt through? What I would do and have done. Bolts preferred.

can you post a picture of more of the wall and roof you are supporting ?
I am thinking there may be other options. Yes, I'm going to head that way shortly and get more pictures. I appreciate everyone offering help, this is way out of my depth

When I ran pump jacks, two 2xs spiked together, with a 3" rip of coil stock between, and glued, were superior to a 4x.
Get up in the sky on a pick with jiggle test you'd believe me.
