LLC is a separate entity which gives some personal protection, but not bullet proof from my understanding.

Insurance is cheap compared to paying out of pocket. People dont want take responsibility for their behavior, so if they get hurt doing something dumb with your trapped animal, your going to have defend yourself in court. So many things can go wrong on a job, dont be caught without it. Furthermore, you should have commercial auto insurance.

My attorney said an LLC puts a wall between your home and the business. You should also have a title, I am the business manager for my business. I work for Animal Evictions, LLC.
Liability insurance is a must. As is commercial auto. Protect yourself so you don't lose everything.

A lot (most) commercial jobs require a Certificate of Insurance (COI) before you can do the work.
