Excellent job Seldom, I'll take 3 dozen. 160 rbg's if your taking orders.
Just kidding, I've never even tried the rbg's before at all.

I can see that there is a place from , den entrance and runs.

Thanks for sharing.

Let me sugar coat this

Come on Seldom you can't finish an outstanding trap building post like that without shoving a stuffed animal in one to show us how they work:)

Each day is a gift. LIVE IT with gratitude.

LOL! In the 1st video I used a junk mail magazine to fire one of the 1st traps I’d just finished.

* You obviously are a man with a talent.
No one can take that away from you . . .
That said , Should you be calling them "RBG Traps" ?
Because, that's a BRAND NAME and you're NOT the brand.
I have no idea, if you made them just for yourself or to sell to others.
However if I'm the original designed /maker and it's the latter, I'd have a problem with it !

* Raccoon can be caught and killed in a 5 inch Body Grip trap.
In fact it is a preferred size by many trappers for a lethal kill.
You'd be surprised what an adult raccoon can fit through .

* One of my biggest problems with the trapping industry is how easily products are copied, made cheaper and sold.
A Patent does little, when a small change makes a product null and void.
I only refer to the Dog Proof trap , the Lil' Grizz as a prime example.

Thanks for the compliment!
I simply use rbg as an acronym for round body grips instead of spelling the phrase and no, I make the traps for myself. Making the traps gives me a trapping related project to keep myself busy, in this case into summer. Also, I made the 2 videos to hopefully inspire someone that has spare traps springs laying around that a very serviceable trap can be handcrafted with a little head work and minimal tools.
