8 miles of redwood and steel flume moved water from a lake to this hydro electric plant . The plant supplied electricity to the above dredge 19 miles away . Dredge was powered entirely by electricity.

No. but an old timer from the area said there were many , and supposedly used as seed stock for other areas in oregon
