Im not what your idea of winning the war is? They might be surviving at this point but im not real sure you can make a case they are winning. We have pretty much done everything we have set out to do militarily. I think we either thought their people would over throw the government or they would surrender their nuclear program by this point. But from a military standpoint we've basically been rather successful at everything we wanted to do.

Ukraine's drone production plants and drones were mostly designed by engineers from around Dayton, Ohio, from companies who mostly do work for WPAFB. The defense industry is huge in the area and all interconnected. About half my friends were or are in it.
