Very cool. A buddy caught a white one years ago, but it had dark eyes, so not an albino like that one

Looks like it has black eyes so not an albino if eyes not red.

I've rarely been accused of having "rose-colored glasses", but that mink's eyes sure look red/pink to me. If they were black they would really be contrasted against the white fur, I think.
But, I could be wrong.

I caught one over 60 years ago, had it mounted--not as white as it once was! Quite a thrill!

Jack Harvey of Chester.County , PA caught a big male albino mink and had it mounted. After he passed away, the family asked me if I wanted it otherwise they were gonna toss it. He piled up hundred of muskrats per season and only a couple mink each year during the 60’s 70’s.
