I see Bear Creek Arsenal is building an AR in 30-30 winchester. That one going to be on your radar?

I saw that article, and was a lil confused, wasn't sure if it was actually something they where building or if they where just talking about the cartridge. BUT if they do I'll definitely be getting one because I always asked why no one tried . They have a 9mm bolt action upper coming out in looking at too.... Now if they could make a FN5.7 rifle upper

... because AR10 in 30-30 I mean the argument could be made for finally being able to get a lil more out of it by using better pointy bullets. .but you can just as easily say just use a .300blk or .308..

The gas gun might lighten the recoil for you men.
I think industry driven is correct about the newer ar cals,
but I leave that to the pros.

30/30 used to be a lot cheaper than 308. I noticed last time I was ammo shopping for deals they are about the same price now. So unless its a different platform for me there is no reason not to go with a more capable cal in an AR platform. I dont think they will.sell many.

did some state say you can hunt 30/30 as a historic cartrige or something?

many newer hunting cartridges are made to fit some silly law.
