What kind of wire do y'all use for trigger replacement?? 330 size specifically

I replace with 11 gauge anealed that I get from my trapping supplier…it can withstand bending many times before it will break,unlike some of your stiffer wires….and it is easy to shape.

I use whatever I got handy. Coat hanger, stiff steel tie wire, pre made rebar ties that are already shaped like store bought triggers. When I saw these in a new development dumpster I thought “who’d throw these out”……lol.
I’ve used nails or even a stiff twig in the field, anything that’ll trip the thing off.
From new, all my aquatic 330s triggers gets the twist.

And bike spokes if I don't, find junk bikes set out for garbage everywhere
