I had some lower back fusion work done in January but things not going very good in the time since. My left hip was shot and full of arthritis and generally worn out . I was really throwing my upper torso and limping very bad due to hip pain. I gad a hip replacement Thursday and even though there is some pain where incision was made... my hip.... my walking...and sleeping in general seems to be a complete turn around from what I put up with the last several months. I had my right hip done 4 years ago. I certainly hope this left hip turns out like my right one did.

Good luck w/ your recovery.

Are you able to run after a hip replacement?
