Life is tough after an injury, I've been thru it since 2021, left calf is swollen enough to make it tough to get pants on. I've looked at many brands, no luck yet

Good luck with the calf!!!!
Waders for me. this way if I put a pack on and it leaks water or anything, it doesn't go down my back or butt. I sometime sit on my heal when setting up a bank, this prevents mud on my cheeks. Or, mud touching my pants or stomach when I put my muddy gloves by my side. Or my big thing is crap going down my hip boots. Like cattail crap, pieces of branches. Just always used waders.
