I'm a believer in bar stool therapy as it works well for me, but I never thought of carrying one with me. Does the bartender just follow along?

If they would have Grandpa would have been extremely happy!

From what the doctor told my dad, the nerve canal pinches on nerves and causes it to send pain signals from areas that don’t have damage. His issue was primarily hip pain. Hip xrays showed some deterioration. To test she really contorted his leg and hip to test hip joint. No sharp pains. If his hips were bad he should have been screaming. The spinal column has crude built up inside that causes the false pain signals.

I would check stem cells out in Tijuana before I had back surgery or fused anything.

"Joe Rogan frequently promotes the Cellular Performance Institute (CPI) in Tijuana, Mexico, for stem cell therapy. He credits the clinic with alleviating his chronic back pain, healing a torn MCL, and improving his joint mobility, all as alternatives to invasive surgeries."

I probably would never opt for surgery. Besides, I'm nowhere close to needing that. I still hobble around and get stuff done.

Thanks for the advice!
