Ate down there at Cattlemen's a few years ago....Liked the steak pictures on the wall that illustrated the degree of how cooked through your chosen cut would be.

The well done steak pic was labeled "ruined" Lol....So true.

Well I had a good time. Headed to Waco tomorrow.
Next month will be in Galveston.

Those beavers are real easy to skin and flesh. There's no.knife work involved at all. Just pull the zipper.

I see you made it to a Buccee's, one of the biggest tourist traps in the south IMO. I didn't find any deals when we stopped but my wife did buy some dark chocolate expresso beans or something like that. She said they were good but pricey. We did get our dog a little stuffed Buccee to play with.
