Going to pick up a 2007 Honda rancher from the in laws , gonna build a box or do something for carrying stuff in the back, I do have a set of the kolpin bar mounts for my catch pole, rifle or whatever maybe put some milk crates on for buckets.
If you have a quad or sxs setup for trapping lets see them.
Usually im in my truck but I think thia quad will be convenient for the properties I have right here by the house or for venturing into some harder to access state land areas, or other private access that I can get on after the crops are off.

The front of a 2000s Honda will hold 660 stabilizers between the grill guard and the plastic.

Switching from sxs to this. Sweet! Put some good rubber on and send it. I swap my quad and sled around every spring & fall. What sucks is my quads at the shack all summer. There’s one beaver job I usually do once a summer that’s a 3/4 mile walk in. I came close to buying an older little Honda with trailer this spring. Then I thought, it’s just one job, and only a couple beaver back there……I’ll just walk. Mines nothing fancy, loaded with about 300’ of rope, slings, shackles, snatch blocks plus the winch rope. Comes in super handy when a buck is dead down through the bush at the bottom of a ravine, or the closest anchor point is far off. I usually pull some sort of trailer.

Switching from sxs to this. I’m too lanky for one of those…unless they aren’t all equal…very tight.

I like the wood box on the front idea for fur. My wood box was repurposed from my “88” Big Bear, but needs to be a little wider, deeper and taller. And positioned or shaped so that a windshield can move around behind it on the steering wheel.

Boco, tell me about that roll bar set up. I’ve contemplated doing something similar as a welding project Tom the local welder makes uo those boat racks for everybody in town.Mine is tube steel but he also makes them out of stainless steel.I got mine made to haul building materials thru the bush for cabin maintenance.but most guys have them for fishing boats or canoes and the motor on the back of the rack.I use mine for that also. Tom welded plates on my other bike so I can switch it between the two bikes. It goes on with 4 large bolts.
