Real handy for carrying stuff.You could also rig up a canvas cover with curtains to keep out the weather .You can get those custom made with the plastic windows.
Any welder could make those boatracks Im sure,
Tom just has 3 inch sq plates welded to the existing bike rack in the corners and the same size tabs welded to the rack with corresponding 3/4 inch holes drilled in them.
Easy and quick to put on or remove.(lock washers on the 4 bolts.)
