Has anybody seen their checks from the last FHA sale?

It'll be another week or two before they make their way to my mailbox based on previous sales. I did see the shipping fee was more this sale than previous? Not sure what the deal is with that and if others experienced the same.

Prompt date was June 18. Usually a couple of weeks after prompt that sellers get their checks. Just the way it is.

No cheque yet but DDs are already in.

Can US shippers get DD? Just curious.

That is only available to those that get a cheque. Those that get a check are at the mercy of snail mail.

Shipping was the same as last year for me, $15.00 from southeast PA.

I can’t even get DD. If I got my $$ switched over to Canadian pesos, I could. But because one of my accounts at the local bank is a US account, gotta wait for the check. I have to actually go in to cash it to. The deposite app on the phone won’t work with the conversion stuff…..lol

Mine was more this year too. $55 for 21 cats. Last year it was $12 for 6 cats. The only difference was last year I shipped them to Wisconsin and this year I delivered to my agent in Washington.

I was reimbursed for my shipping to Wisconsin 100%

Watch your bank. Last one, the teller tried to deposit it some weird way because it was from Canada, I explained it was in U.S. currency and the Canadian bank had a New York ( I believe) branch where the check was going. It got cashed just like it came from the U.S. like all my previous ones.

Dirt makes a very valid point. Some bank tellers see the word “Canada” and assume foreign currency. The check clearly states, in several places, US currency or US dollars drawn on a US bank.

Be firm with your bank!! Tell them to READ carefully!!

I'm sure my costs would be much much higher if I had to ship them myself.

Correct, has always been $15. Was $15 when I dropped at the truck in January for the March auction. It was higher when I shipped in April. Not a huge amount but more than was advertised and more than others paid, apparently.
