Anyone with modern experience.
Which is good these days?
Where to buy?
Who installs?
That dang wiring.
Probably undercoat first.

Honda CRV.

Our local U-Haul guy sells and installs hitches. I had one put on my Subaru Forester six years ago. It was $244, out the door. I didn’t need any wiring, was just using hitch for my rack to move bee hives.

I had one put on my wifes old mini van I think a Reese. That van pulled a well loaded trailer much better than i thought it would. ( just enough weight on the front to keep from being light and the tail waging the dog but not to much for the light suspension.

They make wiring kits that are plug and play for a lot of vehicles these days.

check Napa they can get hitches that fit most vehicles and are direct bolt on tot he factory holes.

follow mounting instructions

they have a harness that plugs in for most now no cutting and soldering like back in the day.

fluid film or wool wax every year will make your vehicle last a lot longer apply around your last 80 degree day of the year

I do the weekend closest to the 15th of September most years and spray my trucks and my sons truck

America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

I've put/helped put Curt brand hitches on several vehicles in the past 5-10 yrs.

Real easy. They are made to use existing holes.

Even the wiring. Most modern cars have a harness tucked in the back that is basically plug and play.

Figured it went up some since 2019. Subaru dealer refers everyone to this guy. I was in and out in about an hour.

You still need to install the wiring harness on your vehicle to utilize wireless lights.
