Welp apparently when a woman becomes a house wife they start making sourdough wifey got a fancy kit and is doin her starter all by the book. Got a scale measuring by the gram... I'm a lil more ..well y'all know so cheated and added a lil yeast and just used a old spaghetti sauce jar
it's been a fun little couples thing so far . About to start some wine too

Tell you beautiful wife to stick with it. The journey can be a rough one put be persistent and you will find your way. You have some good teachers on here that can school when problems occur.

Apparently the one I made with a lil dry yeast ( I know technically not actual true sour dough but hayyyy) was ready to use according to her lil chart and she's got a deal made up and resting

It's a fascinating hobby. stop cheating with the yeast!, lol
