Welp we borrowed a bread maker from the inlaws along with our sourdough stuff and I think we have more bread in the house right now then we usually eat in a few months, just been making stuff. So far the best one is the load we made with strawberry and cream oatmeal. Got one in right now that's blueberries and cream , substituted all the sugar with honey

Oh I bet that bread is good, especially warm.

I was always one who wanted the crusts. Fresh out of the oven those warm crusts with our own butter we churned and during season, good wild blueberry jam!
