I believe the Buck I was hunting last year is back and is going to be bigger this year. Here is a picture of him last year. And what I think is him this year.

IDK, the right side isn't symmetrical, like last years pic...you would think it'd be about the same barring an injury...still gonna be a good one...

Looks to be about 150”.

When was those pictures taken. In my opinion there isnt a lot of "growing " from here on out. Maybe a little but from July on its mostly the horns "hardening" and mineralizing so to speak. If those pictures are recent and based on the looks of the antler they are, he maybe actually be a bit smaller than last year but pics can be deceiving. Nice deer either way.

I don't run cameras but have friends that do, some grow early some grow late you never know till they shed, that buck last year was beautiful, I'm like you and am guessing thats the same one.

Pictures were taken last night the 26th of June. I had picture of 11 different Bucks last year. I shot a nice 5 x 5 last year 152.

Nice pics. Did that doe shed her velvet? Out of curiosity how did figure out she's a doe. I have a catus buck at one place I hunt. He stays in velvet year around but last year he wasn't much bigger than the year before, to my disappointment.

No it did not shed the velvet . Pictures was taken late Oct last year. I seen a Buck nosing around her.

Im assuming mine is a buck because when they are in bachelor groups hes always with the bucks and hes pretty big body wise compared to our does.

Funny thing, someone bought property next door to our farm,between us and the lake, large parcel. Built a huge 12 unit air b and b…rented to hunters that put up cameras for a week to attempt to realize their dreams of shooting a nice buck that our farm feeds.

I shot the biggest buck ever with the nicest rack in my life 8 minutes in on opening morning…..then the city hunters came after they saw pictures of it moving around the previous evening, lol.

Around guy can't afford to buy land here...and all my farmers rent/lease the land for their crops.
It's not unusual to lose one or two GOOD spots yearly due to commercial building or guys
hunting and lease the land out for hunts. The beaver is my savior as it allows me an in.
