I eat large mouth bass. This year, I've been catching way more bass than normal, but they have all been under the 12" minimum for public waters to keep. I caught 43 large mouth in one public pond, in a couple of hours, but not a single one was over 12". They are way over populated and stunted. They will stay that way because of the size restrictions.
