Back in the mid 80's to 90's a member on here sent me the SCOTUS rulings from Baldwin v. Montana Fish and Game Commission (1978) and Toomer v. Witsell (1948). For some reason I think it was White 17 or Dirt. Are either of you an attorney? Anyway, whoever it was, I want to say, " thank you." Those two case rulings really opened my eyes about law and led me down a path of research that is still going on today. Understanding those rulings made my business law classes in college a breeze to get through. I have learned a lot about the Constitution, how the lower courts and the SCOTUS interpret the Constitution - especially as it relates to commercial fur harvesting and our rights as fur harvesters under the Privileges and Immunities Clause.
