Made up a new dish - penne pasta, sliced mushrooms, baby spinach, finely chopped sun dried tomatoes, grilled chicken, 2 cups marinara, 1 cup cream, garlic salt, all mixed together = MMMMMMMMMMMMMM Good

I had my usual wild and crazy Friday night with a little extra.
Friday nights there is nothing happening here at the house so I get gas, wash the truck and do the grocery shopping.
I had a tray of grocery store sushi for supper.
My little extra is that the girl that cuts my hair started working Friday nights so I got a hair cut and beard trim it was getting a little wild. I thanked her for the Friday nights appointments she said sure it worked for her she didn't do much on Fridays any way. I have a feeling her ex-husband has the kids on Friday Saturday Sunday so she might as well work Friday night. I hope she keeps the Friday hours because no one schedules meetings for Friday night so it works for me.
America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

Cut the broccoli as close to the same size for uniform cooking.
Coat the broccoli lightly with some Extra Virgin Olive Oil..
Salt & Pepper
Then cover with freshly grated Parmesan cheese...don't skimp
On this part.
Bake in a 400 degree oven for 25-30 minutes ...or until the cheese
Is a light brown...and the tips of the broccoli are a little charred.
Pretty easy...I think you can master this one !!
