medium rare and over medium for me. the eggs are the hardest part of that, most cant get it right.

Steak = rare side of medium rare

Eggs = fried - over medium (if scrambled I like them soft or where they leave a little moisture on the plate)

If Benedict is an option I would choose that 99% of the time
