We were sitting in my truck the other day and I was saying to Zim, "It would really be nice if new vehicles just had a slot in the dashboard where you could store your keys while you're driving and find them easily when you stop. What you are looking at is a 1970 SS 454 - LS6 interior as it was ordered in 1970. Additional note: there is one item in that interior that does not match the original equipment. The problem is when we get in either vehicle and I get out and Zim doesn't realize yet that he didn't grab his keys. All weird. I got caught a couple times...the wife got out of the cah ,with her purse ( key fob in purse ) To run into the grocery store real quick...and she told me to get some gas..across the way. I get to the pumps ..shut the car off...Ooops . It is better to die on your feet than to live on your knees.

charles trapper C Joined: Aug 2010 Asheville, NC	Had a 64 GTO, a 64 Plymouth 383, and a Datsun 280Z. All gone now. Sold the Z when wife got pregnant and we needed a back seat. My parent sold my GTO when I went to basic training in 67. I think they thought I might never come home.
