So I ordered a Polk Battle Sovereignty Secession flag that I'm hoping to fly with my Alberta flag. It is my goal to become a independent Albertan. It seems that there is alot of negativity towards this flag and I'm unsure what exactly it represents due to the mixed bag research I've been reading. Hopefully Savell will give me a history lesson on the true meaning of this flag?

That would be the flag designed by Lieutenant General Leonidas Polk aka The Fighting Bishop, he was an Episcopalian Bishop, as his regimental colors. Killed in action at Pine Mountain part of the Batlle of Kennesaw Mountain during the defense of Atlanta.

I amazon searched sovereignty flags and that is one that come up.

Before I’d fly any flag on my property, I’d know exactly what it represents.
