OhioBoy trapper Joined: Jan 2012 Ohio, 48yo	reading through here i can buy that maybe they don't have the nutrition but that was never really the point for me. Cutting the grams of fat which cuts the calories makes it a good filler substitute than say a 1lb hamburger patty made from 60/40 walmart ground burger. I mean ok maybe you can't live on it, but you can lose weight with it and be eating something substantial enough to help fill you up. Anyway that's what we do. i.e. you cholesterol isn't going to go up eating portabellas mushrooms... just kind of depends on what you are trying to accomplish I guess. Beats the H out of sawdust.
