Some choose to remain divided. The government created this divide and that’s how it’ll stay until everything falls apart and there’s nothing that anybody will do about it. If your brother voted for Dems, some would stab him in the back and say he’s a commie and smile as he bleeds out thinking he’s a patriot. They have mental issues.

Warrior the other two's countries/ group of victims dont own the US media and been programming for sympathy for decades. They also dont have the bible saying if you bless these people you will be blesses and if you curse them will be cursed thing going deformed them when they want sympathy from Cristian nations.

Not really twilight zone. BC said some things he probably shouldn't have about me but I surely wasn't innocent of egging him on, either. But, like adults, we were able to work it out. I really don't care what people say/think of me. Different matter if it involves things said against family or friends.

While I never particularly cared for James, I even kinda miss his posts. The reason is the same as it is with BC. It's because they brought interest to the forum. When someone says something and everyone agrees with them... all you get is a post full of x2, x3, etc. I enjoy debate. James and BC both brought that. So do current posters such as WD, Boco, and Charles. While for the most part I don't often agree with them.....I do know that a post with them on it will at least most times be interesting. I've just never understood why people can't debate with someone they disagree with without either getting all bent out of shape or calling for the person to be banned. Things usually escalate to the point that things become personal. And once that happens it's much harder to remain civil.

I know of a lot of people on this forum that have been permanently banned over the years. I can only think of 2 or 3 regulars that I felt deserved it. Maybe I am just too nice? haha.

How did BC feel about welfare? He was no James.

I didn't mean to imply that he was. Just used James as a reference as BC seemed to get under people's skin equally as much. As I said in my earlier post, I did not consider BC to be a liberal.

Wanting to get rid of welfare certainly is not a centrist position. He was not anti- immigrant. Ronald Reagan was not ant-immigrant. He was actually quite conservative IMO.
