Is it only daily bag limit? Two per species? Seems unenforceable to me. What say you CO guys.

It will be a logistical nightmare. We got lucky yesterday that they didn't ban fur sales. All we can do is reload and wait for next attack. It should be another eye opener as to what can happen!

Everyone here should read the article in my second post. This is becoming the new norm!

I read the article. Daily limit of two beavers? I guess I’d only be setting two traps out at a time? Gonna be tough to comply, and enforce.

We have season limits on beavers here in Pa. Depending on the zone, 20, 40 , or 60 beaver.

We have a one otter limit. Need a permit ( with a tag ), can only set 5 traps, only two can be body grippers. And the season is only a week long.

That is probably the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of a wildlife commission doing.
So stupid.
Did I read the correctly? (First Gentleman) Sooooo that makes the governor a queer?

Correct we will only be allowed 2 of each specie daily.

Hate that you have to deal with such nonsense.
But it sounds like that will cause more trappers to throw in the towell, who is going to run a trapline to catch two animals per day, unless you are allowed extended multi day checks.

Forget that fear of gravity-get a little savagery in your life.

Too bad we couldn't have had a "moment of science" in Colorado. If I was a Coloradan I would have to give up trapping and/or move to another state. If the activity doesn't pencil out...I'm out.

There's no way a limit of two can make it work out economically.
