Were looking for wed-sites which can be suggested to the kids from 6 years old to 18 years old. While the camp is for the youth parents seem to get a lot out of this too.

So maybe extend your Yellowstone trip and bring some kids

Dunlap Lures She Traps is, I think, a great youtube site. Jeff Dunlap and Sarah Gomez do a great job on this site covering a wide array of topics and a lot of really good information. They throw in some humor too to top it off. I met them both at the Mn convention last summer and had some really good conversation with Jeff. The guy has really been around the block and they are really great to talk with.

As far as I'm concerned, there is no better website for information on trapping than the one you are on......Trapperman. And kid friendly to boot.

The information most are not aware of is found in the archives..........but to gain access to that you have to be registered as a user and logged on. Information there is nearly endless.......

And then there is youtube for the visual learners. Dale Billingsley has put together a pretty extensive set of videos that pretty much cover the spectrum.

Like Boco said. Canadian Trappers Talk is pretty much all trapping and a bit of other outdoors stuff.
We have a Chinese feller on there that we all pegged as a scammer. Turns out he’s legit, IIRC Boco even sold him some fur and he was at the auction. He wasn’t really a trapper, just looking for raw fur and learning how to work with it. He found out what’s all involved in making money with raw fur and was selling his fur gear not too long ago.
You have to be a member to see anything though. Keeps the garbage out.

I joined the canadian trapper talk about a yr. ago. I tried to visit the site a while back and found out I had been banned from the site. I never even posted anything, just read the posts. I found it a very helpful site. But maybe because I was an american, they didnt want me there.

I just checked and my login still works. I haven't taken the time to visit this site for a long time though.

Hey scheide. I’m one of the admins on the Canadian site. I’m sorry if you’re getting blocked. Please believe that it is not intentional. We were getting hit by eastern european scammers pretty heavy awhile back so I had to put in some filters that blocked access for those regions. Some of those filters are somewhat broad and your address could have been getting caught up in those.
