How do you gauge the integrity of a nation to follow through in the future on the words spoken today? History shows us that the we as a nation have not always made the best decisions getting involved in world affairs and it has come back to bore us, several times!

Nuclear, while being one of the most efficient at converting energy to useful power is not without a multitude of complex problems. Some are more controllable with technology than others. But, the worlds energy needs will continue to grow as technology developes at an ever accelerating rate. Do we have the moral right to limit another nations development, and if the answer is yes; how do we determine who are the luck ones to get our assistance without it coming back to bite us later?
