I was able to pick up a few dozen old style victor #2 that I’m gonna use for water trapping,, I consider them superior water traps next to a #2 double longs.
Unfortunately the head is stripped out and there’s no good way to get the screwdriver to get a good bite .
The only way I’ve found to remove them is to disassemble the trap so that the jaws are not in the way ,, and take an angle grinder and just grind them off and replace with a new bolt.
Any suggestions on how to better remove the stripped out bolts??
Do they make an easy out that small??

do you have room to weld a short bolt to the stripped head? I've had good luck with that. It gives you a new bolt head to wrench on and it puts heat right on the old which helps break it loose.

A Dremel tool with a cutoff blade should get in there
