Too hot to do much of anything outside so I ground up some beef and pork and made 12# of brats. Will see how they turned out shortly.

I used PS Seasonings "Tailgater" for this batch. Probably, my favorite brat seasoning.

If yours is shaped like that brat its been yanked too much...
