If not...give it a go next time ..a 4 hour brine makes

I didn't brine them Nessie. They still got pretty juicy and tasty. Three minutes per side on a pre-heated grill. Less on the second side. I pull them off as soon as they hit 140, don't give them a chance to dry out.

I will try the brine though just to see the difference.
