Some whack job from Texas has offered a $10k bounty for information on anyone who shoots a "yellowstone" wolf outside the parks boundaries.

These people need their heads caved in.

Sounds like he put a bounty on himself.

I know hunters in those States who would snitch on themselves for a lot less than $10,000; and then, enjoy the sport of dealing with harassers.

Id claim that-I would go in with the pelt to supply proof,then use the 10k to trap more.

These limp wristed weenies need to have some attention given to them evidently. Maybe then they would realize there are actual consequences in the real world. Sadly our society has let self taught lessons become taboo. The anti-bullying crusade, I say, is largely to blame. I was bullied as a youngster (along with most everybody) and in those days it made you stronger and able to cope with things that weren’t always hunky dory. We have raised a complete generation+ of mostly subordinate men, who instead of taking the reigns would rather cower in self pity, or lash out from a keyboard and act tough…

Haven’t they learned anything? Bounties don’t work. They’ll be dragging my hide in saying I killed YS wolves to collect. Little bit of photoshop and Bobs your uncle. My wife’s already trying to figure out a way to collect using ole Shakey…….lol

Every single wolf trapper should step up and publicly and proudly identify themselves,
They have no reason to skulk or hide in the shadows-they are doing nothing wrong and are legally engaging in work that helps manage wildlife with the support of the govt wildlife managers.
Anyone threatening them for doing so should be dealt with by exercising the full extent of the law.
All wolf trappers should publicly and collectivly put out an official press release stating as much with support from national and local law enforcement and trapping associations.
