I did a little turtle trapping this past weekend, and decided to pull out my Jerry Shilling dvd Trapping turtles A to Z Was just curious if Jerry is still Trapping turtles. One of the best video's around. I met Jerry 6 or 8 yrs ago and purchased some of his traps. Very knowledgeable and willing to share his knowledge.

I talk to Jerry every 3 weeks or so. Yes he still catches a few every now then, nothing like he used to. Doesn't make traps anymore though.

Thank you D Cobb for responding. I appreciate the update. I sure wish I could have ran a line with Jerry. It would have been such an adventure and memory. I am glad to hear he still getting out there a bit. Please tell him I said hello and appreciate the knowledge that he passed on.

You tell Jerry for me also that I was asking about him. Great man and a pleasure to visit with and talk trapping. He is a hoot to share an evening with at a convention.
