Yes I did Hobbie Trapper. Very good stuff, I could eat it every weekend. Would you have a recipe for Hard fry blue crab ?

Are you talking about out a (fried) soft crab sandwich?

deep fried, with batter on it with crab meat in the center . The big outside shell taking off.

After looking it up, I’ve never had them prepared that way.

I'm confused.....you take a hard shell crab, pull the top shell off, batter and fry the body?....with the interior and bottom shell? and crunch away on it?

If that's what your saying, I've never heard of that...or know anyone that would eat it that way...


The chinese do something similar to female green crabs, but again, your chewing shells....
