Yes I did Hobbie Trapper. Very good stuff, I could eat it every weekend. Would you have a recipe for Hard fry blue crab ?

Heading down your way this weekend , Might stop by Cool Ice in Cambridge . They have pretty good prices on seafood.

I'm confused.....you take a hard shell crab, pull the top shell off, batter and fry the body?....with the interior and bottom shell? and crunch away on it?

If that's what your saying, I've never heard of that...or know anyone that would eat it that way...


The chinese do something similar to female green crabs, but again, your chewing shells....

Haven't had one since my Grandma died, 40+ years ago, she'd make them sometimes.
