Just a gimmick or has anyone seen a benefit of using them?
I’m just an old dog set in his ways and I find difficulty using new tools I guess you can say.

Had to look them up, gather they're glow in the dark plastic egg kids toys? ...how would you use them?

I think animals see fine in the dark and white would be just as good as glow. I put a big marshmallow on the top of my DP's to get attention

I sometimes put small white cheap styrofoam cups over mine. I figure if eye appeal works those white cups will.

Never heard of that but I have no problem using exposed bait on a flat set of a marshmallow on top of a dp . Some laws are better ignored because the people that pass this stuff don’t know a mouse trap from a 330

I would think the exposed bait would be something like visible meat, or anything else that would catch a bird of prey.

I fooled around with some glow in the dark tape from Amazon on some dp’s I would set one DP without the glow tape and one with glow tape at each location with the same bait. Most were around deer feeders and it did appear the glow taped DP’s outperformed the non-glow taped DP. I still need more time to prove or disprove. I also want to trap some unfamiliar areas with them as well. Most of my DP trapping is the same locations year in year out.

I just cut some small squares, diamonds, etc or a strip for around the top.
