johnsd16 OP trapper J Joined: Dec 2006 ID-40	Long time member but haven’t been active in a while. I figured I would reach out to the Tman brain trust since I am the lucky holder of the 2026 NV silver state elk tag. I made one trip down already and have seen some nice bulls. I didn’t want a velvet bull and will be going back in September. If anyone in NV is out in the hills and turns up a tank and they want to share shoot me a message (longshot I know). Any NV elk tag is special and I was always convinced I would never draw one let alone this one. If anyone has elk success from past NV hunts post them if you want to share!

Salthunter trapper S Joined: Jul 2007 Idaho	Trappers are a helpful; bunch,, But most elk hunters,,,,,, well ,,,,,,maybe not so much Try dry creek in which ever Mountain range you want to hunt sorry Im not much help but I believe the east side tends to hold bigger bulls If you have plenty of coin I would hire Mossback Work hard play hard
