What are you seeing for pork butt prices lately? Local grocery has them for $1.59/# right now, cheapest in awhile.

We can get them @ 1.99 here! I buy them when they are on sale and make sausage out of them.

Might be the only good thing about our current situation up here. Baby back ribs are $2.99/# also.

Which store?

The local Aldi has boneless, half a butt, pork roasts for $2.99 a pound and pork loins for $2.09 a pound. Yesterday, I bought 2 roasts and a loin.

I like pork and chicken, but have been eating too much of them lately, because they are cheaper than beef and seafood. I'm going to look into buying a quarter, or side of beef, in about 2 weeks, when I can pay off all my credit card debt and hopefully never have credit card debt again.

Last I saw was $2.09/lb at the our local small town store about 2 weeks ago.

Last trip to Costco they were 2.29, boneless 2 pack, Lidle had a sale a week ago, bone in 1.99

Got a half butt along with a chuck roast on the smoker right now. Butts were on sale for 1.99/lb yesterday

Paid 1.99 yesterday but it’s not uncommon to see them for 97cents a pound in the sale paper

I get mine for around a dollar a pound.. after using my employee discount.
