Hard to believe the 2026 Wisconsin Trappers Association Fall Convention in Antigo is only a few weeks away, running September 11&12th at the Langlade County Fairgrounds in Antigo, WI.

The annual Trapperman Feed will be on FRIDAY, SEPT 11, at 5pm, everyone is welcome and it will again be a free will offering!

I will post the Master List here and update it as we get commitments from everybody. Please post if you can bring food, beverages, etc and/or if you can help us in labor camp with cooking, serving for the Feed on Friday or cleanup after.

Please do me a favor – when you post or PM that you can bring something, try to mention an approximate amount or number. That will help a lot with our planning.


2026 WTA TRAPPERMAN FEED WANT LIST:

We are planning for 225 people.

MEAT:
100 fish fillets
100 Hamburgers
75 Brats
Any wild game or meat ready to cook
Stews or Chili

SIDES & SALADS:
2 smoked salmon cheese balls + crackers
30-40# of salads: taco, cucumber, potato, pasta, etc.
Nesco of baked beans
Coleslaw
4 quarts assorted pickles, garden tomatoes
10 Onions
French Fries or Onion Rings
8-10 bags of assorted chips
4-6# of Cheese: curds, string, sliced or block
4-6 box's of crackers
4-5 sticks of summer sausage
Snack Stick's


DESSERTS:
pies
oatmeal cakes
brownies, bars or cookies

BEVERAGES:
60 water
160 assorted soda's
