Van Halen, Scorpions, Metallica, Dokken, and Kingdom Come at the Liberty Bowl in Memphis in the 80's. Worst Jammie Johnson, the sound system wasn't all that good. Metallica……. I wish. My wife’s first cousin said his fave concert was Jamey Johnson in Houston I believe but he said it was a very small intimate venue.

After seeing confederate railroad last week ( which was a little disappointing) I got to thinking that it wasn’t the worst I’ve ever been to. Went and saw trace adkins when he was starting out and he kinda gave out vibes like he didn’t want to be there.. I dunno if he was drunk at the time. The best I ever saw was a 3 headliner type of show.. Firehouse, trixter, and warrant.. They were recording quality good both musically and vocally and they knew how to entertain the massive crowd that night.
Do you guys have a best and worst list?? Confederate Railroad would make my top disappointing list as well. Saw them back around 1994. They literally stood on stage like statues, didn't interact with the crowd and seemed low energy. Not what I was expecting! Followed by of all people George Strait around 2016. He wanted to only play slow songs that night, the crowd wasn't into it. Asleep At The Wheel opened for him and they outperformed him that night hands down! I did see George in 1995 and that was an absolute blast of a concert. He had us thinking the roof was going to come off the stadium from the crowd energy. Garth Brooks and Chris LeDoux knew how to make a country concert into a party.

The best Alice Coopers Welcome to my Nightmare and his opening act was Suzy Quatro, The Beegees or Tim Mcgraw and Faith Hill were second best. The worst.Nitty Gritty Dirt Band or Willy Nelson. He was either stoned or really didn't want to be there.
