District 8 of the Pennsylvania Trappers Association is holding its mini convention on September 12th. We call it a mini convention but actually it is a pretty big show. There is room for 75 tables inside and a pavilion, usually all used by vendors, we get 60-75 tailgaters and anywhere from 750 to 850 attendees. This show is a one day show and as you can see it is bigger than a lot of State conventions. In addition to trapping items and lure dealers there are fishing and hunting items as well. Knives, black powder and archery. There is a food vendor. The show is held near Newville.

Usually a very good show for me selling collector traps. I plan to be there this year as well.

Over the years I think I spent more money at this show than any other convention or show. Always a good time. I forgot to add, they ususally have some good demos too.
