To start i have never sold fur and do not have the stuff yet. So my question is how can I preserve and sell it. For more detail, with or without fat and how to store it. I don't have boards or the stuff to make them either but I can probably get it if needed

Easiest thing will be to skin your catch and freeze it. (I prefer to lay the hides out flat rather than roll them up because they freeze faster that way.)
Now you have time to find a buyer that will buy green fur, or learn how to put up fur at your own pace.

What are some good places to look for a green fur buyer?

Correct DON'T flesh then freeze.

I suggest learning how to flesh and put up your fur.

Not a lot of "in the grease" raw fur buyers out there.

Groeny does but only with certain furs on select routes.

So many more options with properly fleshed and dried pelts.

I learned how to put up fur by READING all i could. No youtube, tictoc, facegirl computers back then.

Fur fish & Game And books in this antiquated thing called a library. Digging through the card catalog.

I also called up "trappers who wrote articles and lure makers. Went to visit a few in my twenties.

Then trial and error. Asking my fur buyer how I did and what I could do to improve.

Now there's so much more on the world wide web at your disposal.
The archives on this site alone is a treasure trove

Go on YouTube. Search for Coon Creek Trappers. Watch every one of his videos multiple times. Get a fleshing beam, a good quality fleshing knife and some skinning gear. You can't count on selling unprocessed fur and it costs money to by a dedicated freezer and pay the electric bill on it while you are learning to trap.

I've never really looked at many youtube fur put up videos, because I learned before youtube was a thing, so I can't recommend any particular ones, but I know there are some good ones out there. Different animals take a little different methods, but as a general rule it is pretty similar animal to animal. I agree on learning to put up fur, but, a freezer is a very good thing to have to store your fur until you have time to put it up. I usually put most of mine up at the end of the season, so I'm actually out in the woods getting the fur, not spending time putting it up. It doesn't have to be a dedicated freezer if you aren't catching big numbers. If you put them in an airtight plastic bag (doesn't have to be 100% airtight, I use bread sacks either knotted or with the bread clip closing them for many animals) you can probably get away with using your food freezer without the wife flipping out too much. You probably won't be able to lay them out flat like trapdog recommends though. He has a point, but I've not had a problem with rolling them. If you are storing them for much time in the freezer, not leaving any flesh exposed, rolling or folding them fur out will prevent freezer burn and drying out for quite a while. Airtight bags also helps with freezer burn.

I can assure you that if Miss Rebecca opens the freezer and sees a coyote looking at her I'll never get a home cooked meal again.
