it's easy to see some of you guys never had to put a crew together.

It's been my struggle my whole career as a general contractor to find guys willing to work this hard for what I could afford to pay them.

I've found some good, reliable guys that were with me a long time but they are few and far between.

Yep. He's 20 years old and never had anyone hold him accountable like I do. Feel like it's my duty to give them boys a chance to become men. I've put joesph in a truck with a good christan man of sound morals hoping Joe may pickup a few good habits and lose a few bad ones while he's here.

When you call in with a dumb excuse Tuesday morning and are told to not come in the rest of the week it has an impact. You also don't know what was said Monday when he came back to work (early btw).

I am going to guess that it was difficult for him to sit down for a few days after that discussion.
