Looks good you can't go wrong with cherry pellets for pork.ive got to smoke some on the pellet grill in a couple weeks.i wanted to do something for the grandsons football team to raise some money for them I talked to the ladies at the concession stand and told them what I wanted to do and they thought it was a great idea.just waiting on them to let me know how many pounds they want.

Gotta watch those smoke tubes, if they smolder too much you'll get some bitter tasting smoke, they need plenty of air to burn clean...er

WI Outdoors, that looks like a good try to me. Keep trying new stuff. I thought this was a nice friendly forum. Now I wonder how wrong I can be. No one will miss me but I wouldn't miss this stuff either. I'll be logging off for a while. Hope your BBQ turns out good as it looks despite the wrong grill, the wrong heat sources and you being in the wrong part of the country.
