I am targeting bobcats this year and Made this today for later in the year and want your opinions and tips.
I was thinking of a flag and t bone as visual and a cat lure in the set with maybe a call lure higher? Anything helps thanks

Looks like a good travel area. Doesn't take to much to get a cat to look. Maybe put some natural blocking out in front a ways to help steer them a bit. Tree tops, branches etc

Being a western trapper who doesn’t like to risk a cat not being interested in or not committing to a cubby, you could also add blocking to each side of that trail and put an exposed walkthrough on it. Then the cat doesn’t need to be interested in what’s in the cubby, it only needs be walking through the area. Lure and a flag to help attract just as a back up.

If traps work like the Antis say......I would have no fingers.

In cold weather, make a cubby up against a tree with a good size chunk of bait nailed to the tree inside the cubby with a sufficient sized foothold in front.
Run a snare fence straight out from the cubby 20 feet each side with 4 snares each side.
Often good for multiple catches per check.
Set will take fox and other furbearers also.

I use a single trap to avoid the many lions we have, but if not I would use 2
